Providing personal data is voluntary. In most cases, however, it is necessary for us to take certain actions, such as answering a question or presenting an offer. If you do not provide the relevant data, we may be unable to take those actions.
3. Contact
This purpose covers every form of contact that you initiate with us, including reported issues, questions and complaints.
We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Those interests consist of providing you with a complete and professional response, managing our communications efficiently and keeping a record of our correspondence.
Where a request relates to the performance of a contract entered into with us, we process your data to perform the contract to which you are a party under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. When you raise an objection concerning the processing of your data, we process it to comply with our legal obligations, including our obligations under data-protection law, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
4. Marketing
This purpose covers activities that enable us to present commercial offers for our services or products through the communication channel you select. We process personal data on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or on the basis of our legitimate interest in promoting our products and services under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
5. Social media
We manage profiles on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Telegram. Through these platforms, we communicate with you and publish content periodically. Each platform has its own privacy policy.

6. Order management
This purpose covers the activities that enable you to purchase the products and services offered through veyrainga.com, register a user account and make payments. You may also place an order as a guest without creating a user account.
To fulfil an order, we process your data in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform that contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The disclosure of data to a courier-service provider and the sending of electronic correspondence are based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Any processing beyond this scope for purposes required by law, such as preventing money laundering or meeting our obligations under consumer-protection law, is based on compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
7. Payments
This purpose covers the activities that enable you to pay for products and services offered through our online shop at veyrainga.com, using the payment options made available by us or our providers, particularly Stripe.
Our payment processor is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., based in Ireland. Detailed information about Stripe’s processing is available in the Stripe Privacy Policy. Through Stripe, you may pay by debit card, credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to indicate alternative payment methods. Decisions concerning the available payment methods are based on our legitimate interest in minimising the risk of non-payment under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Payment data is always transmitted to the payment-service provider for verification and completion of the payment in order to perform the contract entered into with us under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Debit card, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay. If you choose to pay by card, your data, including the cardholder’s name, card number, expiry date and security code, is transmitted through Stripe to the bank to verify that sufficient funds are available and that the card is active. Following successful authorisation, we receive confirmation that the payment has been made, and the order is fulfilled after Stripe confirms the payment. The information concerning card payments also applies to payments made through Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Cookies and similar technologies are also processed in accordance with Romanian Law No. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic-communications sector. On veyrainga.com, we also use tools provided by Google (Google Analytics and Google Advertising Products), Meta (Facebook Ads and Insights) and TikTok (TikTok Advertising). We use these tools on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or our legitimate interests in marketing our services and products and analysing website traffic and statistics under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. For Meta Pixel and Facebook Insights, we are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; for TikTok Advertising, we are joint controllers with TikTok Technology Limited.
9. How long we keep your personal data

- Social Media. Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil our purposes or until you delete posts or comments published on our profiles.
- Order Management and Payments. If you make a purchase through our online shop, whether through a user account or as a guest, transaction data such as your name, address, payment data and product data is stored to meet our accounting and tax obligations under Romanian Accounting Law No. 82/1991 and the applicable tax limitation period. The retention period is generally five years and, for documents for which the law expressly prescribes it, ten years.
- User Account. Your data is deleted when you close your user account, which you may do at any time. If you do not log in or carry out any account-related activity for more than three years, we may delete the account as inactive.
- Cookies. Data obtained through cookies is processed for the lifespan of the relevant cookie package, most commonly 90 days from collection, or until you delete the cookies from your browser.

Disclosure is always made within the limits of applicable law and only after entering into a data-processing agreement with the relevant third party under Article 28 of the GDPR or putting in place other legal instruments that safeguard your data. We verify in each case that the third party has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Where required by law, your data may also be disclosed to public authorities, such as investigative bodies and judicial or administrative courts.
11. Your privacy rights
In connection with our processing of your personal data, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

You may exercise these rights by contacting us by email at mrproducersrl@gmail.com or in writing at our registered-office address, marking your correspondence “Personal Data”.
If you believe that we have breached the rules governing the processing of your data, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru No. 28–30, Sector 1, postal code 010336, Bucharest, Romania; email: anspdcp@dataprotection.ro; website: www.dataprotection.ro.
12. Right to object
You may object to processing where, for reasons relating to your particular situation, you do not want us to continue processing based on our legitimate interests. In certain circumstances, such as defending against legal claims, our interests may override your rights and freedoms, in which case we may reject the objection. If your objection concerns direct marketing carried out by us, you do not need to provide a reason, and we will always honour it.
13. International data transfers
In providing our services, we use tools supplied by third parties. Their registered offices may sometimes be located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), particularly in the United States. Different data-protection rules may apply in those countries and may provide a lower level of protection than EU law.
Where data is processed outside the EEA in the absence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, we will implement appropriate safeguards, particularly by basing the relevant relationship on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. If such a transfer of your data takes place, we will inform you without undue delay.
14. More information about cookies
Cookies are data, usually small text files, stored on your end device, such as a laptop or smartphone, and relate to your use of websites. A cookie usually contains the name of the website from which it originates, the period for which it will remain stored on the device and a unique number.
Two main types of cookies are generally used:
- Session cookies — temporary files stored until you leave the website or close your browser; and
- Persistent cookies — files stored on your device for the period specified in the cookie settings or until you delete them.
If you have given us your consent, we will process the following types of cookies:
- Analytics cookies — enable us to measure the number of visits and collect information about traffic sources so that we can improve the operation of the Site;
- Security cookies — used, for example, to detect misuse of the login function for user accounts;
- Performance cookies — collect information about how you use the Site;
- Functional cookies — remember your selected settings and personalise the interface, such as language, region and font size; and
- Advertising cookies — make advertising messages more relevant and better adapted to your preferences and help prevent the same advertisements from repeatedly appearing.
Irrespective of your consent, we process necessary cookies. These cookies are essential to the operation of veyrainga.com and cannot be disabled through our systems. You may change your browser settings to block them, but the Site will not function correctly if you do so.
Some pages of veyrainga.com or the communications we use may contain “web beacons”, which are electronic images. They enable us to obtain information such as the device’s IP address, the page URL, the time the page was loaded and the browser type in order to evaluate the effectiveness of displayed advertisements.
You may change the rules governing the use of cookies on your device at any time by selecting the relevant option in the settings of the browser you use, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Opera. Blocking all cookies may affect your ability to use the Site or access certain services.
15. Security
Your personal data is always transmitted and stored in encrypted form, including through the use of the TLS protocol. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect veyrainga.com, our other IT systems and the data processed through them against loss, destruction, unauthorised access, alteration or processing by unauthorised persons.
16. Anonymous or pseudonymous use
You may use our services anonymously or under a pseudonym where this is justified and technically possible, particularly if you do not submit product reviews, create a user account or place online orders.
